Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 2-4 business days, i.e. Monday - Saturday, excluding public holidays. Once your payment has been confirmed, we’ll begin preparing your order for shipment. You’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is processed and ready to be shipped.

While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe provided in your order confirmation.

Unforeseen Delivery Issues

In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your order due to circumstances beyond our control—such as inadequate courier services in specific areas, inaccessible delivery locations, or events beyond our control—we will inform you as soon as possible. If delivery is not feasible, your order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your orders, but we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly or reach out to our support team immediately within 24 hours to initiate a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and the damaged items until your claim is processed.
